This is a petition near and dear to my heart since we've rescued several animals from abusive situations and I hope that you all take a look at the video, click on the link from the Animal Legal Defense Fund, and sign the petition. An animal abuse registry is key to protecting defenseless animals and stop the cycle of abusers. So many of them are repeat offenders. Click here to sign the petition.
