South Florida & One Very Homesick Pup

I'm headed to south Florida this week and am SO excited to get down there! My mom is keeping Charlee and Dixie in Kentucky for the next 2 weeks while I'm away, but Charlee boy is ever so homesick and yes it's only been 24 hours. He refuses to eat, walk and is now making himself literally sick by vomiting. This is his first time being away from me because for all intense purposes, he's attached to me at the hip.

Dixie has stayed with my Mom before and is really enjoying herself. Charlee though is not taking too kindly to his little vacay. Have any of you ever experienced dog homesick problems while you're away? And if so, please send me some suggestions! Keep the little guy in your prayers. I know he'll be fine and he's in great hands, but he's just so upset!

Prayers for Fred

Hello friends! I haven't blogged in so very long, but I'm still reading my favorite blogs and I promise to do an update hopefully at the end of this month. I've been downtown working quite a bit and just super busy in this HOT city. Our temps here in Atlanta have reached the 100's most days and needless to say, the canines have been staying in the water.

On to the reason I'm posting though- Fred needs prayers!!! One of my favorite bloggers, Hound Girl, has a canine, Fred, who has canine epilepsy and is suffering seizures. I've kept him in my prayers and thought that it would be a great time to make a post to all my readers to say a prayer for Fred! Blogging is such a great way to keep in touch but more importantly to help others in need, and Fred needs prayers!
