We've been doing a lot of this lately at the Whitfield casa.....

The Ocean is Calling!!

The last few weeks have been crazy, crazy with everything that is going on but this week two of my dear girlfriends and I are flying down to my dad's home in the Florida Keys and I can't wait. Everyone deserves a nice break and we plan on soaking up as much sun and the ocean as we can. And I plan on getting some nice long runs in without Charlee B. While I dearly loving running with him, sometimes it's easier to run sans my little Rover.

So pardon our absence. We will be back in June friends!
