The pool at my apartment complex is undergoing construction since they are turning it into a salt water pool, but couldn't they have done that in the winter? I love love love the pool and I just really wish they'd hurry & finish it. Hopefully it will be up and running sometime next week. Every time I go for a run at night, I wish I could just jump in the pool! We have all been very busy lately and Jeff and I are leaving for St. Augustine next week to spend the 4th with his entire family. So I am very excited for that, can't wait to get to the beach.
I thought I would post some pictures of the canines and my lovely. Lily & Daisy are doing great, enjoying laying on the patio all afternoon long. My poor pink petunias are dying at a rapid rate even though I'm giving them plenty of water. I think it's just entirely too hot for flowers.

Miss Layla---Jeff is babysitting one of his friend's dog, Layla, who is just absolutely precious and one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met. She was found in a trash can as a puppy. So precious & she is a great running partner.

The three amigos: Lady, Dixie, and Dryfus. I've been trying to get a great shot of the three, but whenever I try to get a shot, one will move out of the way. Little Lady is smiling though. Love her!

My lovely, who made me promise I wouldn't post this picture, but I am. :) It's too cute not too!

This is Lacy, the pit bull, and her pup, that thankfully Animal Control has stepped in and somewhat tried to help the situation. All of the puppies are gone and she is finally gaining weight. She is the sweetest dog and how I wish I could take her, but she is so aggressive with other animals. She always gets love from Jeff and I which is why I think she finds her way over to Jeff's house more frequently. Such a sweet girl!
