This video is of Charlee and our friend's new puppy, Solomon. I always want to call him Samson for some reason. He's the cutest little pit bull puppy though! Because really, is there anything cuter in the world than a puppy or kitten?
Charlee is not great at sharing but I still love him anyway. I'm off to finish up my christmas wrapping today and finish shopping for those few last presents still remaining.
I made some cheesy dog treats for all our dear "dog" friends and they have been a BIG hit.

Every year, I send out a Christmas card. It's one of my favorite things about the holidays! I love sending them out, but even more I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE getting them in the mail from dear friends & family. Back in late November (y'all, I am so far behind on this blog) I had professional photos made of Mister C and I used Minted to order my cards. This year, I went with a post card themed card which allowed me to have content on the back. It turned out super cute and here's the front!
Yesterday, I tried to finish up all my Christmas shopping and mixed in between there, C got a bath and a new Christmas collar. I still have a few gifts to get for my Mom and Dad who are both ever so hard to buy for but I try to avoid the rush at the malls.
A dear friend sent me this link last week and I thought it was just so powerful that I wanted to share it. It's about one set of parents who are parents of Emilie Parker who died in the Sandy Hook shooting. Their faith is such a testimony to the faithfulness of God in the face of pure evil. Make no mistake, God's legions of angels were unseen in all those classrooms waiting to take those sweet teachers and children home. It doesn't negate the families left behind but Christmas is about HOPE and the birth of a Savior who will redeem the whole world. Is there anything better?
