Lily & Daisy are finalists!!

It's official---The girls have made it to be finalists in the Tidy Cats contest!! Can you believe it? I just found out today while I was on the site looking to see if they had made it as finalists. They are up and on the website and I have practically emailed all my girlfriends, friends, family, our Vet's office and everyone I know to see the girls and vote for them. I also put in on my facebook page as well. See the link below:

Click on this link to vote for the girls!!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Go vote for my girls. Let's hope they win!! :) Free cat litter for a year, $5,000, and they are featured in a Tidy Cats commercial. My Mom died laughing when I told her that because Lily & Daisy are super vocal. It would be too funny to see the girls in a commercial. Love my girls!

Keep your fingers crossed they win!

Rain, Cupcakes & Contests

I have been blogging for about a year now and I am starting to have trouble thinking of unique titles for my posts, so sometimes they don't make too much sense as you can see with the title of this. We had a great weekend this past weekend, and I took a half day on Friday, so it made the weekend even sweeter! I made cupcakes yesterday before Jeff and I went to the Braves game last night and they were absolutely delicious. I haven't made cupcakes in forever, so it was a nice treat.

I wanted to post some pictures of Lily & Daisy because I have entered the girls in the Tidy Cats: Campaign to End Cat Craziness contest they are featuring for people who have multiple cats. The purpose of the contest is to dispel the myth of the crazy cat lady. The grand prize is $5,000 and a year free supply of litter. When I got the email last week I immediately decided I would enter my girls in. I will let you know if they make it up on the site. Keep your fingers crossed!! It is quite a rainy day this morning, so I hope the weather clears up this afternoon!

Jeff and I took Daisy (Jeff's sister's dog) home on Friday afternoon because she had been staying with Jeff for a week while his sister was away on a cruise to Alaska. I had to capture this picture, because as soon as we got close to her home, she immediately put her paws on the wheel. Too funny!

This is the picture I sent in of the girls & myself. I have a ton of other cute pictures of Lily & Daisy sans myself, so Jeff took this one. Lily would pose but Daisy is just too much of a wiggle worm to stay still or look at the camera. :)
