Christ's Love is SO Real!

Hey friends! Well as you can tell I've taken somewhat of a time-out on blogging but I wanted to post this video that was shown at my church, Buckhead Church, last Sunday. It was such a great video that when I saw it at the early service last Sunday, I decided that if I could find it, I would like to post it to my blog. So here goes!

It's the story of a man named Calvin who found Christ through a drug rehab program in Miami and then eventually relocated back to Atlanta. He struggled with homelessness, addiction and other things. What I love about his life though is how it defines the power for real and definitive change that can occur in one's life. God is near us always and desires for all of us to live the abundant life he died for us to have. While we all struggle with different issues in life, we all seek peace and contentment in life.

Go CATS!!!!!

Go CATS!!!! My alma mater, the University of Kentucky, beat UNC last night for a spot into the Final Four! Yes!!!! We are SO excited. One of my girlfriends down here in Atlanta, Elizabeth, who is from Lexington originally, well we decided to dress up our dogs in UK gear Friday night when we got home from dinner. Here's Charlee's picture! Elizabeth took this via the I-phone so it's pretty yellow but so hilarious that I had to post. He's a handsome little fella! You can see Dixie in the background too...
